Your use of the Electronic Platform indicates your agreement to the following terms and conditions of service just as if you had submitted your acceptance. If you do not agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of service, please discontinue your use of the Electronic Platform.

By accepting this Agreement, you certify that you personally have no other registration with winner21.com and that the personal information you have provided is correct.
This Electronic Platform is owned and operated by Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited and contains material which is derived in whole or in part from material supplied and owned by Pioneers & Leaders (Publishers) Private Limited and other sources (the "Suppliers"), and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, publicly display, prepare derivative works based on, or distribute in any way any materials from this Electronic Platform including code and software ("Materials"). You may download Materials from this Electronic Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. In the event that you download Materials from the Site, the licence extended by Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited or its suppliers to use such Materials shall only extend insofar as it pertains to your personal use. Neither Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited nor its suppliers, shall be in any way construed or deemed to have transferred their title to any such Materials to you. For the avoidance of doubt, the licence to download Materials do not extend to any links, pointers or third party materials provided on the Electronic Platform.
For the avoidance of doubt, Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited and its information providers makes no warranties as to the speed of updates and the accuracy of information provided. You agree that your usage of the information provided shall be at your own risk, and the Indemnification Clause below shall apply.

Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited or its suppliers shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or any other damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Electronic Platform or with the delay or inability to use the Electronic Platform, or for any information, software, products and services obtained through the Electronic Platform, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Electronic Platform, whether based on contract, strict liability or otherwise, even if Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited and any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited, its suppliers, directors, officers, employees, agents, information providers, advertisers or partners, licensors and licensees, as well as its subsidiaries or affiliates and their subcontractors and their agents, directors, employees, officers, information providers, advertisers or partners, licensors and licensees, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:
a) Your access to or use of the Electronic Platform;
b) Your misuse of the Electronic Platform;
c) Any material posted or otherwise provided by you that infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property right of any person or defames any person or violates their rights of publicity or privacy;
d) Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your use of the Electronic Platform;
e) Any breach or non-compliance by you with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or our Personal Data Protection Policy;
f) Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including the use by any other persons accessing the Electronic Platform using your account caused by your action or inaction; and
Claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to this Agreement arising from or related to your access and use of the Electronic Platform, including the information obtained through the Electronic Platform.
This Agreement and the licence rights granted hereunder shall remain in full force and effect unless terminated, suspended, or cancelled for any of the following reasons:
1. Upon thirty (30) days written notice by either party of its intent to terminate this Agreement; there shall be no refund given upon termination by either party;
2. Immediately by Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited for any unauthorized access or use by you, including, without limitation:
a) Exceeding two (2) concurrent access of the Electronic Platform with identical user identification;
b) Permitting another person or entity to use your user identification to access the Electronic Platform; or
c) Any other access or use of the Electronic Platform except as expressly provided in this Agreement; or
d) If you breach or violate the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the rules and regulations relating to the use of, or tamper with or alter any of the software and/or data files contained in, or accessed through, the Electronic Platform; or
e) Termination, suspension, or cancellation of this Agreement or your access rights shall not affect any right or relief to which Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited or its suppliers may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited and its suppliers.
3. Upon termination, there shall be no further compensation in whatsoever conditions.
Part of the Electronic Platform may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Electronic Platform complies with all applicable Singapore and International law. Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited and its Suppliers will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising material.
All pages and the screen displaying the pages, information and materials contained therein, including but not limited to texts, pictures, graphics, animation, sound, video, files with its arrangement, published on the Electronic Platform and any pages thereof are subject to the copyright and other intellectual property protection of Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited and/or its affiliates or related companies, or other third party companies.
The Electronic Platform and any information or material contained herein, shall not in any way grant or to be taken to grant any person a license to our intellectual property rights, including our copyrights, trademarks and service marks.
The contents of the Electronic Platform and any pages or code thereof, if not otherwise indicated, may not be used, copied, distributed, stored, republished, uploaded, reproduced or modified, transmitted or reposted by you on other websites, forums or other digital mediums or by way of printed and/or other physical publication without written consent and approval from Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited.
The Electronic Platform may also contain information and materials that are subject to the copyright and other intellectual property rights of their providers, or other third party companies.
The user’s obligations under this clause shall survive termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited reserves the right to, from time to time, amend this Agreement, or modify, add or discontinue any aspect, content, or feature of the Electronic Platform. Such amendments, modifications, additions or deletions shall become effective upon notice thereof, which may be provided to you by posting on the Electronic Platform, via e-mail or any other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Electronic Platform shall be deemed to indicate your acceptance of any such amendments, modifications, additions or deletions.
Pioneers & Leaders eMedia Private Limited reserves the right to interpret this Agreement and amendment at any time without prior notice, and shall inform users by way of an announcement on the Electronic Platform within 7 days of any such amendments.
Assignment: You may not assign or delegate or otherwise deal with all or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions. We shall have the right to assign or otherwise delegate all or any of our rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any person.
Jurisdiction: The Terms and Conditions shall be construed and its performance governed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Singapore. By accessing or using the Electronic Platform and obtaining the facilities, products or services offered through the Electronic Platform, you fully agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any breach of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions where we are hindered or prevented from carrying out our obligations by any cause outside our reasonable control, including by lightning, fire, flood, extremely severe weather, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, failure of any telecommunications or computer system, power outage, compliance with any law, accident (or by any damage caused by any of such events).
No Waiver: No failure by us to exercise and no delay by us in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms and Conditions will operate as a waiver. Nor will any single or partial exercise by us of any right, power or remedy preclude any other or further exercise of that or any other right, power or remedy by us. No waiver shall be valid unless signed in writing by us. The rights and remedies herein are in addition to any rights or remedies provided by law
Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and where capable the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
Third Party Rights: No person shall have any right pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of the above terms and conditions
